  • Michael Krisztal

    CEO & Founder

    Shortly after graduating from Syracuse University in 2008, Michael co-founded his first company. Wearing various hats—from Creative Director to handling shipping—he led the brand from startup to an action sports icon in five years. In 2017, he sold his first company, ANMLY VR, and founded what would eventualy be dubbed, The Alchemy Agency. The agency has collaborated with Fortune 500 companies and launched solo projects to Shark Tank success. Michael's expertise lies in bringing concepts from idea to fully packaged products. As a serial entrepreneur, he's sold two ventures and masterminded over 15 brands. His creative skills span product design, branding, and content creation, making him a force in design and marketing for two decades.

  • Susanna Bolander Oscarson

    Lead Project Manager

    Susanna is an exceptional Project Manager, leader and a nurse practitioner with extensive experience from several domestic and overseas ventures. Diverse experience ranging from funding startups to nurse practitioner in Europe, Asia and the US. She was working as a Community Lead at an EdTech company before joining The Alchemy Agency. Passion for building communities, onboarding and customer service. She has been running both smaller and larger non-profit organizations worldwide and always been involved in local committees, lately both in LCAP (Local control and Accountability Plan) and DELAC (District learner Advisory Committee).

  • Yumi Idomoto

    Email Marketing Manager

    Fluent in Japanese, English and Mandarin Chinese, Yumi is a proven cross-cultural communicator with a wealth of experience in the PR and marketing industries. After 7 years working in PR/marketing agencies in Tokyo, she has worked as a freelance marketing consultant since 2017. She is skilled in all kinds of digital marketing, including social media, content creation, ads, SEO, funnel development and email marketing.

    Alongside with her marketing career, Yumi runs a fitness business where she inspires pregnant/postnatal women to workout and teaches how to keep their body and mind healthy.

  • Angela Stojanoska

    SOCIAL MEDIA & AI

    With an impressive 5-year track record, Angela is a seasoned navigator of the social media universe. Her mission? To craft winning strategies that catapult brands to the zenith of visibility and establish their dominance in their respective niches.

    Guided by the ever-evolving trends of the social landscape, Angela is a regular attendee at marketing conferences, always on the lookout for the latest insights and cutting-edge techniques. Her expertise ensures that our clients receive nothing less than top-notch services, propelling their brands to soaring success.

  • SEAN FINE

    HEAD OF CONTENT

    Sean Fine has 15 years experience as a screenwriter in the entertainment industry. He was a Staff Writer at a streaming service for 3 years, where he co wrote the most popular original in service history. Since then, films he’s written have aired on Hulu, Amazon, BBC, Tubi, UpTV, cable and more. Pieces he’s additionally written or ghostwritten have appeared in Forbes, Fortune, Yahoo Finance, Grit Daily, Entrepreneur, The Business Journals, The Real Deal, PR Newswire, a cover story in PIA Magazine & more. He’s also written for animation and video games. He’s written blogs, social media posts, developed social media strategies, ebooks, PR pitches, website content, marketing communications, pitch decks & more.

    As Head of Content for This Feels Right, his role is to oversee and build out content across the board. Including commercials, TV and film production, and larger scale video projects. His enthusiasm and passion for storytelling has also led him to edit a novel and write commercials airing on many platforms.

    Graphic, Web & Art Direction

    Chris Collins graduated from Canisius College in 2014 with a BS in Digital Media Arts. He now resides in Los Angeles and is a veteran of the entertainment industry, with acting, writing, casting and editing credits that inform all aspects of his career.

  • Jeff Allen

    Jeff is known as a creative, data-driven, decisive leader with a passionate belief in the power of effective storytelling in marketing. For the past 15 years he has been developing marketing strategies and leading teams for beloved, marquee name brands. He has a nurturing, entrepreneurial spirit and loves to help businesses to grow.
